5. As project managers we provide 'best value price' through 'open book' tendering & purchase direct by client, preventing costly and unnecessary mark ups.

We always ensure that our clients are fully aware of how the project is progressing and any amendments are incorporated on an ongoing basis.

As project managers, Woodman has no incentive to encourage change in order to drive up costs, because our fee based element stays constant; our fee is inversely related to project cost - the higher the project cost, the lower our percentage fees. This is very different to traditional project management fee structures.
