Q: How do I contact Woodman?

A: We can be contacted by emailor by telephone 01444 233413 or by fax 01444 871231. Normal office hours are 9 am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Orders will be accepted by email, fax or post. Trading accounts for recognised organisation and/or companies can be set up (please call to discuss). For individuals and/or one-off orders we ask for payment on order of goods by cheque or cash. Please ensure contact details and delivery addresses are clearly shown on all orders.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept cash or cheques. We will send you a VAT invoice. If you want to spread the cost of your furniture, please call to discuss leasing options.

Q: Do Prices Include VAT?

A: No, All prices quoted in this website will be subject to VAT at standard terms.

Q: Delivery?

A: Delivery charges may apply, dependant on size of order and destination. Please call for details.

Q: Lead Times?

A: Lead times will be quoted when the order has been received. We will do our best to deliver your products as quickly as possible, however if there is a delay by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible. We will keep you informed at all times.

Q: Installation?

A: We can provide an installation service for orders over £1,000. Please call to discuss.

Q: Space Planning & Design?

A:We are happy to provide space planning and design services free of charge for the original plan and 2 re-draws; thereafter there will be an hourly charge of £20.00 + VAT.
